RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. No returns on coffee products

Due to the nature of our products, coffee is considered a perishable food item.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products.
As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products, except in the cases expressly described below.


2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your order:

  • is damaged during transport,

  • contains a defective product, or

  • does not correspond to your order,

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at no additional cost.


3. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Coffee and other food products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


4. Refunds (when applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to your original payment method,

  • within 10 business days after validation.
