Like any fruit, coffee is seasonal. Yet most roasters and industrial producers store green beans and sell the same varieties year-round. We believe that respecting seasonality leads to higher quality coffee — while supporting sustainability and protecting the environment.

Coffee cherries are hand-picked at origin during peak harvest, processed locally, and then shipped to Paris where we roast them fresh each week.
We work closely with our producers, prioritising responsible agricultural practices and fair compensation.
From farm to cup, we aim for the highest sustainability standards — including packaging made from the most recyclable materials currently available on the market.
